When will my order ship?
Our products ship within 1-3 days of your order.
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order must be delivered and returned to be eligible for a refund.
What is the exchange/refund policy?
We value our customer experience. We will gladly issue an exchange or a full refund if you have any problems with our products.
Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.
-With the subject of (Exchange or Refund Request)
-List your product and why you want to return it
Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.
Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.
Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item plus an additional $5 (as a sorry). Once we issue the refund, you will get an email showing all the details, and the money will be deposited back into your account. :)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photo or video evidence. This allows us to verify the claim and comply with carrier insurance requirements.
Note: Personal dissatisfaction or misunderstanding of product features (such as plug-in requirements) does not qualify as “defective.” Products that function as described on our website are considered acceptable.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards from any country, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cirrus.
Are there any additional fees I have to pay?
No handling/processing fees are ever charged.

Please ensure that the billing address you entered matches the address on your credit card.

Who ships my package?
United States orders are delivered by either Standard Shipping or USPS. Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. International orders may be provided by Standard, e-packet, or a local mail courier, depending on the service available.
How fast is the delivery time?

International orders typically arrive in 8–15 days.
